Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, organizational commitment, job performance are major components of development inherent in every individual which educational institution considers as an essential goal to achieve. For this, the primary purpose study was determine level intrinsic motivation commitment exerted significant effect on millennial educators. A descriptive correlational research conducted involving 143 randomly selected educators Diocese Malolos.
